Processing Time
All orders are handmade with care! Please allow 1-2 business days for processing before your order ships. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship to all 50 US states. Orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days with standard shipping.
International Shipping
International shipping is available to select countries. Delivery times vary by destination (typically 10-15 business days). International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.
Returns & Exchanges
Easy 10-Day Returns
Not completely satisfied? Return your items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Policy
- Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery
- Products must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached
- Scrunchies must be unwashed and unworn (for hygiene reasons)
- Original packaging should be included when possible
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return
How to Return
- Contact Us: Email us at returns@mayrasscrunchies.com with your order number
- Get Authorization: We'll send you a return authorization number and instructions
- Package Your Items: Securely package your items with the return authorization number
- Ship It Back: Send the package to the address provided (return shipping costs apply)
- Get Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund
Exchanges
Want a different color or size? We're happy to help! Simply request an exchange when you contact us. We'll send out your new item once we receive your return.
Free exchanges are available for items of equal or lesser value.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear, have been washed, or have removed tags.
