Our scrunchies are handcrafted using premium materials including satin, silk, velvet, and cotton. Each material is carefully selected from sustainable suppliers to ensure both quality and comfort. All fabrics are gentle on your hair and won't cause breakage or damage.
Small: Perfect for average hair thickness and everyday wear
Medium: Great for thicker hair or if you want a fuller look
Large: Ideal for very thick hair, buns, or a more voluminous style
If you're unsure, we recommend starting with a Small size - it works for most hair types!
Absolutely! Our scrunchies are designed to work beautifully with all hair types - straight, wavy, curly, or coily. The soft, smooth materials prevent hair breakage and are gentle enough for fine hair while still providing a secure hold for thick hair.
To keep your scrunchies looking beautiful:
• Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent
• Air dry flat - do not wring or twist
• For silk and satin, spot clean when possible
• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
• Avoid washing machines to maintain elasticity and fabric quality
Our scrunchies are made with high-quality, colorfast fabrics that resist fading. With proper care (hand washing, air drying, avoiding harsh chemicals), your scrunchies will maintain their vibrant colors for months of wear. We stand behind the quality of our products!
Ordering & Payment
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and debit cards through our secure Stripe payment processing. We also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay for quick checkout.
Yes! We use Stripe, an industry-leading payment processor with bank-level security. We never store your credit card information on our servers. All transactions are encrypted and PCI-compliant.
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at support@mayrasscrunchies.com as soon as possible. We can make changes if your order hasn't entered production yet (usually within 1-2 hours of ordering). Once production begins, we cannot make changes, but you can always return items within 10 days of delivery.
Yes! We offer special pricing for bulk orders (20+ pieces) and wholesale partnerships. Please email us at wholesale@mayrasscrunchies.com with your requirements, and we'll send you our wholesale pricing and minimum order information.

Processing time: 1-2 business days (we handmake each order!)
Standard shipping: 5-7 business days
Express shipping: 2-3 business days
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Total time from order to delivery is typically 6-9 business days with standard shipping.
Yes! We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $35 within the United States. It's one of our ways of saying thank you for supporting our small business!
Yes, we ship to select international destinations! Shipping times vary by location (typically 10-15 business days). International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes. Contact us at support@mayrasscrunchies.com for a shipping quote to your country.
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time. You can monitor your order's journey from our studio to your doorstep. Simply click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email or enter your tracking number on the carrier's website.
Tracking information can sometimes take 24-48 hours to update after your order ships. If your tracking hasn't updated after 3 business days, or if it's been more than 10 business days since your order was placed, please email us at support@mayrasscrunchies.com with your order number, and we'll investigate immediately.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 10-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, scrunchies must be unwashed and unworn. We'll issue a full refund (minus return shipping) once we receive and inspect your return. See our Shipping & Returns page for complete details.
Absolutely! We're happy to exchange items within 10 days of delivery. Email us at returns@mayrasscrunchies.com with your order number and what you'd like to exchange for. Exchanges for items of equal or lesser value are free - we'll send your new item once we receive your return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made an error with your order. If we sent you the wrong item or your scrunchie has a manufacturing defect, we'll provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
We're so sorry if that happens! Please email us at support@mayrasscrunchies.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll send you a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund - whichever you prefer. Your satisfaction is our top priority!
